W58 shifts nicer but isn't as strong as the 154.
Ratios are close enough that I doubt you'd see a difference.
--W58---- R154
1:3.29---- 1:3.30
2:1.89---- 2:1.95
3:1.28---- 3:1.34
4:1.00---- 4:1.00
5:0.78---- 5:0.75
I run it through a couple of heat cycles (normal driving temp then let it cool fully then repeat usually over 2 days) then I retorque and it's as sealed as it's ever going to be.

If you get it helicoiled ask them to NOT run the HeliCoil tap right through the hole as the end thread of the helicoil can work it's way down a touch and protrude into the Combustion Chamber making your car a "Glowplug ignition Supra"!
This is a BAD thing for a few reasons ;)!
7M heads use Shim over bucket and tend to spit the shims out at either High RPM or lots of valve lift so the solution is Shim under bucket or One Piece Buckets.
