Toyota do oversize pistons as a stock part.
<edit> may have given you a bum steer just checked and it looks like there are 4 sizes available but I'm not sure if they're 4 distinct OS's or 4 select fit sizes!
Aftermarket do +20's and +40's for sure though!

In the 3540 you get 3 to choose from
.63,.83 and 1.06 they're 550 620 and 700 Hp rated on the T3 flanged housings.
I always use a torque wrench on the lugs at 75 ft/lbs as with Mk3 Rotors they seem prone to warping if not done up evenly!
(Guys at the tire place look at me like I'm nuts when I won't let em use the rattle gun)
I still do it with my Mk4 rotors but it may not be needed but I guess it's good...
