For me 350>400 would be the max I'd push on prepped stock rods but then again I'm a bit conservative as I don't build Hand Grenades.

The Water to Air is a little complex with the maain issue being mounting space.
The stock Block Port is the best as it's above the Oil level but yes you can drill the pan just make sure it's not in line with a ConRod.
It all depends on the design of the motor as it comes down to volumes.

Nah the shaft speed whips it up like butter so they make a big slow drain for it and it turns back to Oil on it's way down.
This is why any changes to the PCV system can cause smoke as it slows the return and it floods the seals in the Turbo.
It'll do this if the Return is below the Oil...
PWR is the biggest and most expensive of the 3 and the only one I own so I can't comment on the other 2.
But mines been perfect right through a hot summer here.
There is an inbetween it's just a lot narrower than a sprung centre!
I slip mine just enough to get the wheels turning then take my foot off it and drive away, it takes some practice and will bitchslap you if you have an off day!
