    max bhp on stock internals?

AJ: Mine should be good to 1K without any issues given enough Fuel and the right tune! (For me the limit would be 600 to leave the overhead I like)

    max bhp on stock internals?

For me 350>400 would be the max I'd push on prepped stock rods but then again I'm a bit conservative as I don't build Hand Grenades. I always try to leave a good margin of head room.

    turbo talk..

The stock Block Port is the best as it's above the Oil level but yes you can drill the pan just make sure it's not in line with a ConRod. It all depends on the design of the motor as it comes down to volumes. In the old days before PCV motors had a "Walking Stick" breather that went from...

    turbo talk..

Nah the shaft speed whips it up like butter so they make a big slow drain for it and it turns back to Oil on it's way down. This is why any changes to the PCV system can cause smoke as it slows the return and it floods the seals in the Turbo. It'll do this if the Return is below the Oil...

    radiator question

PWR is the biggest and most expensive of the 3 and the only one I own so I can't comment on the other 2. But mines been perfect right through a hot summer here.

gutted the cats and now have smoke.

Most Semi's are Diesel and that's how they run ...... nothing to do with the turbo :nono:

    turbo talk..

Is this a serious question? If so it's because the inlet is a pressure feed and the return a gravity drain.

    act unsprung 6 puck

There is an inbetween it's just a lot narrower than a sprung centre! I slip mine just enough to get the wheels turning then take my foot off it and drive away, it takes some practice and will bitchslap you if you have an off day!
