    Pull the hose off the actuator and plug the air hose from a compressor into it regulated to 10 psi the rod should move.

    I've used a bunch of products over the years including GM Head Bolt sealer Copper Spray Hylomar and a few other obscure ones but so far I really like the Permatex just try to NOT touch the surface once it's sprayed! ;) (do a test spray on some cardboard and touch it you'll see why)

    Again I'm not sure of the AEM software but with mine I could "trim" the overall fuel map enough to make it run on any size injector so I assume you can do this as well! You fire it up and it's filthy pig rich as the map you're using is for different injectors you just lean the entire map down...

    Not even close to a genius ;) You're using ARP studs correct? If so use the specs on the sheet in the box.

    The ECU works on % over time so say for example 25% of 800 is bigger than 25% of 440. It will make a difference.

    There should be a shitload of maps on AEM's forums that cover just about every injector size known to man you just have to get one that's close enough to let it run for the break in period until you get it tuned! Important point here is to NOT think it's ok and start laying into it before you...
