    Usually as boost or comp go up plug gap comes down but there's a point where spark energy has to go up Mike.

    The higher the octane the slower the burn and unless the motor "needs" it you'll drop power. Lots of Boost Compression or timing and high octane make power Tipping a can of high octane fuel in a low comp low boost low timed motor is a total waste of money and will perform worse...

    Not at all with the deburring tool! See the blade at the top? It can rotate as you pull it around the bore and will give you a nice radiused edge instead of 2 sharp edges like a chamfer tool will!

    It's putting a 45 degree cut on the top lip of the bore. You can use a handheld deburring knife or a curved whetstone.
