There are a few ground wires riveted in that tend to corrode once you give the mounting screws a wiggle the lights will work again!
(mine haven't worked on the door switches since I got the car in 1997 and I only fixed it earlier this year)
No.
They tend to pulse while working.
If the gate has no or minimal preload it WILL start to open at low psi this is why an EBC makes such a noticable difference in low end response and spool time as it keeps the gate closed until you reach the preset opening psi.
Depending on the Turbine...
On a big loose AR Turbine housing the internal gate is a no brainer as it doesn't need to work very hard to control shaft speed!
On tighter street style turbo's the external will win hands down if you choose a quality unit.
Geez: As with EVERYTHING on our cars the suspension is a system and has to be treated as such or you end up with an unbalanced mess!
When I first started on my car way back in the late 90's there were no aftermarket bars here so I ended up sending a pair to one of the suspension manufacturers...
It's all a bit of a compromise though as the 4.3's may not load the engine enough in low gears to make the turbo fully boost so the tq is offset by less available hp/tq from boost......
