    Not a big fan of holes in the firewall here Sandy! ;) I made a couple of bulkhead fittings and took the cables out through the floor as in my pic and ran .5" Welding cables right up to the Motor and there very little V Drop this way!

    Yes in the instructions that come with the Electric they suggest that as a way of doing it! I just use it as a bypass pump for low rpm in traffic and so on and it shuts off at cruise.

    Nope it's just flooded, soon as you fix the PCV it should be back to normal once it's sucked any free oil out of the system! (When I oiled mine on the dyno I had to pull the IC and flush it out with Gas)

    Nope the tank follows the contour of the well and kicks up on the floor next to it! You can drill the floor a bit further towards the front for the cables but you need to look underneath and make sure there are no fuel lines/brake lines in the way!
