    You could maybe get a set of Tein's revalved to suit our roads but finding parts for them can be hard as a lot of it is Tein specific! If you can find something with independent Compression/Rebound adjustments you're golden as you can tune it to suit.

    You use grinding compound and a stick with a suction cup and twirl it backwards and forwards lifting it every so often to give it a new start/stop position! (man I spent so many hours as a kid doing this when I was first learning motors)

    Machine cut valves may take a few 1000 revs to fully seat hand lapped have 100% seal right off.... guess it's an old school thing ;)
