Harmonic balancer ie: front pully
To confirm the timing mark pull #1 plug grab a piece of vacc hose about 8" long and drop it in the hole onto the top of the piston.
Turn the crank and watch it rise and when it stops just before going back down look at the timing mark it should be at 0.
- sizes are 1/16" increments
-10 = 5/8's of an inch or 10/16's
AN I believe is Army/Navy but I could be wrong on this!

Now and again you'll find a parts guy that has a clue but it's happening less and less these days!
A lot of the younger generation can spec a 1000+hp build on paper but have little experience in the real world and lack the basics.

Tom: All depends on parts like seals and so on for the Teins!
They can be hard to find so at least if you start with a new set you won't have to pay for parts!
