    The ICS I use is just plumbed into the IC pipe>Manifold so no need for a check there, got pics of the NRV's?

    A leakdown will give a more accurate assesment of the motors condition.

    Back when I played with my Crower Mechanical Injector on a BBC I sourced some really nice NRV's with AN ends on em that flowed very well with minimal restriction.

    About all I'd add to that is a couple of good quality non return valves in case a pump fails. As for running pumps in series you're always going to be limited to the flow of the smallest pump.
