cap of one of the ends, make the tester (cap would be a tester without the fitting), pop a compressor on it with a regulator and pump maybe 15-20PSI into it...
toss it in a swimming pool with the hose on the tester and look for bubbles...
that's how I'd do it...

I had to soak the turbo and elbow assembly in PB blaster for a few days, get out a torch and heat the bastard up and beat the FUCK out of it with a hammer to get it to come off...
really sucked, rust had folled the gaps between the studs and the holes in the elbow they go through, get PB...
they don't have the huge boxed framework we do... the subframe connectors go on that spot...

possible to repair? probably, but it's not going to be cheap...
get an estimate from a a bodyshop to repair the warped metal and see where you stand...
not stuck there, but you go faster with less gas...
