nice wheels, as other have said the fronts are a bit too sunken in compared to the back, but I'd leave the ride height alone.. I don't like when the wheel is centered in the wheel well like yours are, it's perfect...

honestly I don't see the hood clearing with a carb setup... local around here with an L98 TPI motor out of a 3rd gen F-body with the auto from it as well and spray... it's quite fast as it's not stock... it DOES clear the hood, but IIRC he had to remove some of the bracing in areas...

you already have the adapter, so getting a cone filter is pretty cheap...

honestly anyone that says the 2J isn't better than the 7M in stock form is a fool... 100 more HP stock, MHG stock, stock long block will take insain amounts of power and boost... When I added it up, I could have a built 7M for the price of a 2J swap, that's the only reason I never did...

do yourself a favor and buy a tranny jack from harbour freight and get the car up high enouhg on jackstand to drop it under the car... it's UBER easy, too me two days but I had nasty muscle cramps from an injury at work, so it would only take a day to really do it...
