the stock FPR is quite durable, but any cletus trying to get more pressure out of it by crushing it would probably damage it instead of making it have higher pressure...
too high oil pressure can possible scrub the bearings...
the oil is far too thick unless you have an odd build and clearances (like IJ)
try changing to a 5w-30 and see if the problem persists
flub: sounds like your issue is the TPS... check the resistances and I bet they're off...
also, the OP says that it doesn't do it at home... it could be the gas OR that the tune is for a different altitude, though that shouldn't matter if the tune is too extreme it might...

need more info as to what was done to the head and cams to tell, but it does sound like a squeek from metal on metal...
looks like the previous owner pryed the AFM electronics open and dicked around with it...
the electronics are EXTREMELY sensitive, and they probably ruined it...
replace it and see if it helps
