550's plus a Lexus V8 AFM run pretty close to stock, no fuel changes required.
The thing is, this mod was originally designed to overcome fuel cut when the ECU decides that we are pushing too hard. Today, we can do the same thing with a MAFT and a GM MAF for a whole heck of a lot cheaper.
How much do you put in from empty to get the pump to click? How far does this get you? You could have a dying sending unit in the tank, or your float could be leaking and half full of fuel, causing a low reading.

Have you seen the Top Gear vid where he races the Ariel Atom (500kg car with 300hp) against a bike? They were pretty much dead even in the straights, but he could pull way higher speeds through the turns.
I'm not sure you can figure out the difference without a stock ZT-2 sensor to compare to. If you had both, you could map the voltage difference pretty easy...
