Do you want Energy Suspension Poly Bushings? READ HERE.

Wasn't planning to upgrade the sway bars, but figured since I'd used the poly bushings everywhere else, I'd go w/some polys on the stock sway bars. Are you saying that the sway bar poly bushings/brackets are $120, or that they be in the whole suspension set, for $120? 'Cause if it is ~$120...

Do you want Energy Suspension Poly Bushings? READ HERE.

Suspension is totally rockin', 'cept now I have the front clunk when turning left (incline/decline). I am sure it's the sway bar bushings, since they weren't touched and need replacing. CK, Can you get the right ES sway bar bushings/brackets for the MKIII? Front and rear?

Upgraded front brakes 300 zx calipers.

Anything new? Doward's got a BBK thing going, so am wondering what that's gonna do regarding the potential buyers for this kit.

Is the 2jzgte Aristo Auto really worthless??

We plan on using one of ours in the wife's TT swap. Should hold up better than the NA tranny, I'd think.

    Need Help, Failed smog....Badly

Check the vacuum lines at the EGR to make sure they're good. Also, do you see a cloud behind you when you romp on it? That's what happened to me when one of my vacuum lines came off of the EGR. Does the exhaust smell like rotten eggs? I had this symptom when I came to Texas. Even though I...

    Failing emissions - singled 2JZ

Tried the E85 and failed the 2nd test. They took it right in w/the cat still hot. Numbers were worse than before. Would rather get my single/Aristo ECU working right, so that things are running more efficiently, instead of trying to game the inspection. We are going to do the exact same...

    eibach springs 17's 18's

Eibach/Tokico combo with 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 (35mm offset) Sportmax wheels. It settled a bit more since this pic. I have a slight rub on the driverside rear, but it looks like the fender had been hit or worked on before. Others are running the same size wheels/offsets with no rub.

This was mentioned at he local Ricekillers meet tonight and I had to check it out. Sounds bad-@$$ and Johnny and Rajunz preppping things up? I may have to get w/Frontierguy and some others to roll down for this one. We have a vacation event in Nov, so it'll be slighty difficult, but if 12...

After your car has been down...

Fresh fluids, of course. Also a very good cleaning inside and out. You'll be amazed at the number of things you will find, as you're "meticulously" cleaning things you've not even looked at over the last year. Make sure and take notes, making your list along the way. Just like what was...

Auto-off features not working - Headlights, radio, etc

Sorry.. it's a '91T auto, now a 2JZ 5-speed. Did not swap the dash/body harnesses and removed an aftermarket alarm. The factory one is there, but appears disabled. I did patch the wiring back up, where it'd been cut/used for the alarm. No turbo timer. On my 87T, the radio would stay on...

Auto-off features not working - Headlights, radio, etc

I've been so busy enjoying the boost on my finished swap, that I just noticed last night that my headlights don't auto-shut off and the radio does not stay on when I remove the key (but haven't opened the door). Strange thing happened at work the other day... I locked the doors while the key...

    Targa-less body flex

I have a set of old targa bars (Dean Marcum?), which do reduce the flex significantly. I also have the 1st and 2nd gen of WeezL Wings. Hated driving with the wobble, even on Florida's fairly straight roads. Texas? This shit will make your eyes go "Cookie Monster." Rajunz has the badest...

Tired of searching, so bringing this thread back for more info. The trim on my hatch is also peeling, but instead of replacing, I want to remove, strip, and treat/repaint them before re-installing. It's mostly the top piece, but they are all is decent shape and I don't want to F them up...

    HELP! Antifreeze + Smoke = ???

Probably the top heater hose at the back/top of the head (goes to the heater VSV). Usually the clamp gets loose and/or the hose is old and sprung a leak. Easiest way to check is to try and twist to see if it moves from where it attaches to he top of the head. Use a spring clamp on it...

    Suspension Gurus Chime in..Please

Eibach/Tokicos have also given me the stance I wanted with all of my Sups. Freshly installed on 91 w/18x8.5 and 18x9.5 (35 offset) wheels. Has settled a little bit since install. 87 w/17x8 wheels all-around, 1+ year after install...

    Suspension Gurus Chime in..Please

I have Eibach sports and Tokico non-adjustables and it's a "sporty/firm" ride (though Idid just do poly bushing replacement). However, in previous suspension upgrades (twice) I did the same (without replacing bushings) and was very happy with it. I've never had the TEMS working long enough...
