One thing in there that you can do better - the burn treatment. If you singe your finger, quickly grab your earlobe - there is so much blood flow through your earlobe that it will suck the heat out of the burn instantly. :)

Leaky injectors are unlikely to be the cause. Don't rule it out completely, but put it near the bottom of the list for sure. They'd have to leak a LOT to cause problems at high boost. Does your car have any codes? How did you check for boost leak? How do you know how much boost you are...

Several things inside the box could have come unplugged and would prevent the PC from turning on. Power switch, first of all. Ram, video card, CPU... the Power Suppy in theory, but I've never seen one of those plugs pop out in shipping, and I've seen it all by now I figure. ;)
