Yes, but you have to drill out the rivets, take it apart into it's various layers, and clean it very well. Then just use the dowel pins on the block to line everything up when you are installing it.

Buy the seals only and use FIPG in the rest. This is the route I took on my last rebuild, it's been solid as every other build I've done and zero leaks so far.

Michelin snow tires ROCK. Stick like glue. I use them all winter... and sometimes I race them at the drag strip. :)
