im telling you... i had the same symptoms... i even took it to toyota and they wouldnt look even look at it.. said they wouldnt touch it unless it was stock... anyway.... follow the wire from the temp sender to the ecu... almost positive its the wire. i think its the gage.
i have them too... wasnt wild about the price, but i payed for convienience and time. i had no time to fab some up and needed the car back on the road. only complaint was that the lower pipe to intercooler didnt fit and i had to make a little mod to fit. otherwise great product for a high price
i had the exact situation with me a few years ago. after all the troubleshooting, i tryed changing the temp sender and still no change. it turned out that the temp sender wire (green w/ red stripe) was frayed and was making the temp gage go crazy. after i fixed the wire... problem solved...
wow... thanks man. i wasnt even thinking about that wire since i removed the new ground wires and it still didnt work. but i guess that blew the fuse and all my other troubleshooting was pointless. im gonna call it quits for tonight since i just blew my last 100a fuse.
ill pick up a new one...
one of the big ones... i think is the alt is broken, meaning the little metal strip in the plastic window is broken. dont know how to take it out... ill check it out
thanks
my interior lights never working in the first place. all the fuses in the box under the hood were checked and changed anyway. i uninstalled it to see if the unit itself was the problem but still no change. check engine light wont illuminate and cant check codes
it has integrated electrical noise filter and a little illuminated logo on it. here is the site http://www.rx7store.net/product_p/super%20grounding%20system.htm
ecu has power since maftpro works. im clueless here
so i had a grounding problem and decided to buy a apexi super grounding system. hooked everything up according to directions and the car wouldnt start. ive been searching everywhere and cant find anything.
i connected the grounds to the side of the head, the alternator ground, and the head...
i have a weird problem with my maftpro. ive had it installed for about 2 months now and everything is ok except a few things. my main concern is that i ran the wiring to the center console so i can keep an eye on the sensor monitor while im driving. only thing is that i notice that when im...

if you use grease, it will dissolve when it comes in contact with the gasoline and very possibly land up in the rail. the next place it goes would be the injector. injectors are meant to pump fuel only
