    you should be able to rent a puller at a auto parts place like autozone or advanced auto. you just basically buy it for its cost and when you bring it back, they refund you as long as everything is there

    did you do the compression test yet? that will help a lot with diagnosing the problem. another thing you can do is take off the turbo, or even better the exhaust manifold and if you see oil in the manifold. you could possible have a bad ring. or in my case, a melted piston. good luck -pete
