ive been using a thin coat on both sides of my gaskets (except the hg obviously) to ensure a good seal.... i dont think any will get in the motor unless you put too much
im not familiar with this ebay seller, but i personally have had very poor experiences buying rebuilt or remanufactured engines and heads.
i purchased a rebuilt head from aluminum head rebuilders about 5 years ago and found out the valve seats were not cut and the springs werent replaced...
its actually likely to decrease performance unless you recirculate it back to the intake (most people dont recirc, so everyone down the block can hear that awesome sound.....)
thanks that helps me out a lot. ive been running the cooleeze set for a while now and use a few worm gear clamps and a few tbolts. but im tired of broken worm gear clamps so i want to get more tbolts.
how were the tbolts a pain for you? the only problem i had was on the ic to turbo coupler...
not sure of the threads, but ive never seen a tap that big..... but im sure you can get one special order, its gonna be very expensive
are the threads striped?

were you messing with anything before this happened?
check in the fuse box under the hood, there is a larger fuse in there that might have blown. i dont remember which one it is, but im pretty sure its blue. if that one blew, then you wont get any power.
sorry for being so unspecific, hope...
it shouldnt be the spark plugs. the timing light flashes when current is running through the wire before it gets the the plug. check the wires and the coil according to the tsrm.

what do you mean? i didnt use an alignment tool to install my clutch. did you install the clutch and disk on the tranny before you mounted it on the engine
