Easy... it's the usual rule of supply and demand. There is a large supply of the conventional bulbs, as lots of places have regulations that restrict the wattage you are allowed to run on the street. The demand isn't that high, so voila, lower price. There is no difference in manufacturing costs.

As robbo185 points out, the major reason to buy one of these is to increase the airflow allowed before you tun into fuel cut. The fuel tuning bits are just an added feature. The old route for this was: K&N kit @ $200 Lexus AFM @ $100 550cc injectors @ $500 Total: $800 The new route for this...

Actually, I think this type of thing is already available. Look into the jacks used on the larger, self leveling RVs. I think they are electric, but it's been so long since I used one that I can't recall anymore.

Sure, just buy a vacuum switching valve, and plumb it in to send signal to one BOV or the other.

That's very odd... because I definitely got it from AIM, I don't use the address that it came to anywhere else, just used it to create my AIM account so I could join the SM chat.

That's a good price. I paid a little less for mine, also Racing Hart rims with rubber, but the rubber was a bit used, and I got them for $1500.
