Have you checked for codes? Are you still using the stock AFM to measure air intake? Have you checked timing? How did it run before, and what have you changed / disassembled since then?

Clutch is super easy to test. Head for the freeway, put it in 5th at low RPMs (1500-2000rpm) and go wide open throttle. Watch the tach & the speedo - if the tach suddenly start to spin up without a similar increase in speed, your clutch is fried. If it doesn't, there is something else wrong.

Also keep in mind that while there are ways to trick the tests into a negative result, the tricks will still show up, and they will know you are screwing with the test. There is only one reason to screw with the test, so while you may pass this time, expect a zero notice test to appear on your...

They implemented those rules because US spec lights have poor focus, so high wattage bulbs will blind oncoming traffic. :( This is why I always fit my vehicles with European spec lights - overseas, they regulate the focus rather than the power, which makes a hell of a lot more sense.

As I recall, that is a fuel pulsation dampener. As for what it does... I really don't know, mine works so I've left it alone.
