400 rwhp shouldn't be a problem. JBL went well over 400 with stock injectors, using a CT hybrid 60-1 IIRC.

Turbo timers in general are a waste with modern oils. Modern synthetic oil doesn't sludge like dino oil did when hot, plus they are better for your engine... so, in my opinion, save the money and use it on good oil.
