Thanks George. I can't wait to feel the shifting. I'm Jones'N sooooooooooooooooo bad..... :D
Yeah, I was hoping to have it running by now; but, I ran across some sweet deals and that set me back a little bit, time-wise...
I'll definitely be hanging on to that picture!! :)
Thanks! I'm...
I sure hope so! :)
Thanks! This was definitely a surprise. And of course the lady used it as ammo that I'm spending toooooo much time in the garage. ;)
Oh yeah. It's always good either keep a supra on the road with maintenance or put one back on the road with resuscitation. :)...
I'm sure!
What really set me off was his attention to detail. One of my floor jacks is blue and the guy he drew under the car is definitely me because I have blue coveralls and a blue hat that I sometimes wear. And of course my car is black with tinted windows and 5 spoke'd rims. :)
I started a thread on this; but, wanted here in my build thread too...
When I got home from work, my son asked me about one of his homework assignments. He was supposed to draw and color pictures to help define vocabulary words. He's 9 and in the 4th grade.

When I got home from work, my son asked me about one of his homework assignments. He was supposed to draw and color pictures to help define vocabulary words. He's 9 and in the 4th grade.
The word that was giving him the most trouble was "Industry". I explained what the word meant and gave...
I've been toying with this idea myself. I think a "Chop Shop" contest would be cool.
It could work something like this...

You are correct sir! For some reason, I had the C's Shifter on the brain at the time. :: facepalm :: I'll fix that... ;)
When the IC run is complete, I'll post as good of pics as I can. It's hard to get good pics of some of that.
Thanks Fred. One of the things I wanted in a shifter...
Well, once again the "Parcel Service Gods" decided to smile on me last week. My MK4 COP's showed up along with an AEM Dry Flow Filter, and an S3 Shifter! I'm liking that... :)
So, I decided to cut the hose barb off of my Fumoto valve. It was hanging a little too low for my liking.
Then...
Same here...still putting stuff back together...
I'm down to the lower IC pipe and Intake pipe. Both will hopefully be done today. After that, it's just fluids. Woo Hoo!!
I wouldn't want it to be an on/off situation. It will have to be linear and I don't think any of the Maft's outputs are. I may be wrong on that.
I have the AEM Meth kit and it is supposed to do a pretty nice job as a stand alone unit. For simplicity sake, I think I'll just run it as such...
Vid request/demand noted! :biglaugh:
Thanks Mike! I hope your ride is doing well.
Glad to hear that there's one more 91 out there! Sorry to hear there's a 1j going in; but, you know...lol... ;) If I ever pick up another 91 or 92, I'll probably do the same thing. Then every day when the...
