So, I have a few rattles to take care of. Here's one. The IC pipe is hitting the sway bar. And on to the solution... Here's some 1/8" aluminum bar stock that has been bent to accommodate my 2.5" IC pipe. The plan is to use the conveniently located threaded tab just above the coupler...

Thanks everyone for the input! Today I bought a Mechanical Oil Pressure Gauge and an Electronic Oil Temp Gauge. I also bought Copper Tubing for the pressure gauge. That plastic line is just begging to get melted! :)

Thanks Matt! :) Leaving the EGR is cheap insurance. That outweighs the cluttered look. ;) The polishing work was all done 'Dry'. The grit progression went like this: 400>800>1000>1500>2000>Polish. I used only one stage of polish. The Rouge. The 1500>2000>Polish was only done to the rear...

^That is likely what is going on. As far as replacing the heater core. It's a lot of work. You have to remove the entire dash. And then some... :)

I re-installed the pump I took out. All specs checked out per the TSRM.
