Sounds like regulation is gone. Like IJ and JJ said your battery will not survive. If you're not electrically savvy, take it somewhere you trust and have it repaired. Electrical draws can be maddening to track down. EDIT: I start to post and walk away for a DEW and come back and JJ snuck...

To OP: You should check the duty cycle of your 440's at that boost level. Double check your fp also. You'll want that set to the TSRM spec.

Yeah, they come both ways. I actually ordered the one without the hose barb (because I didn't want the extra length); but, the barb'd one arrived. The barb'd ones are a bit more expensive. The safety clip is a separate item. It was only $1 extra and I'm a cautious guy so to me it was cheap...
