I pull both. If I need the tranny off, I'll pull that alone... but if the engine is coming out, the tranny is coming with it.

You should try Linux again, it's gotten a lot better. Anyone can install it now - for that matter, you don't even have to install it, there are distributions that will run fine off the CD. If you can run IE, you won't have any problems with Firefox. Email isn't any harder.

Funny you should mention stupidity, because you posted this in the wrong section. Thread moved. The threads are normal on all 7M engines. The torque is 195 ft/lbs IIRC, so keep going.

The 1G is the economy version that was only available in Japan. 2.0L inline 6, twin turbo. I'd pass, personally. Parts will be even harder to get than 1J parts, it will be a narrow body and RHD.
