    stock clutch power capabilities?

Nice cracks. That flywheel was looking to explode and leave you minus 2 legs!

I'm looking for some kick ass hot sauce!

Virtually all the high end sauces artificially increase the strength of the habinero pepper by adding straight capsaicin.

Timimg Belt Condition, When to Replace?

LOL - reading this, I thought for SURE you were going to say to save a few bucks, pull it off and put it back on inside out!!!

    Two Turbo Questions

Ok, the problem with this is really twofold. First up, something HARD hit those blades to cause the chips. Whatever it was likely turned to rather small pieces, mixed with the chips of turbo compressor wheel, and then was forcefully injected into your engine. There could be damage to your...

Try the other ECU again? If it still runs slow, check for corrosion on the wiring harness plugs?

Can rod knock come and go?

Doesn't sound like RK then. I'd be checking for something else that's loose. Especially the front harmonic balancer...

will a 2.75 in coupler fit the TB?

I seem to recall that 2.75 is the exact size, actually.

Timimg Belt Condition, When to Replace?

If it's cracked, or shows signs of wear, or you don't mind spending the extra few $$$, then why not?

    stock clutch power capabilities?

We had 2 guys underneath, one guy one the engine bay, and one guy traded off between sourcing wrenches and working in the cabin.

    Too much torque?

Damn... I guess I'd better look at mine! What were you doing? Tell him to stop smoking the crack, it's just not going to happen. If it were, we'd have long since found out about it, there are plenty of people that are above 500tq at the wheels. Better yet, bring him to a meet and one of...

Are you inspecting your piping for leaks by the Mark1 eyeball, or using a boost leak tester?

    stock clutch power capabilities?

Even with good people, I don't think so. Last time I dropped a tranny was Duane's when we put in the Spec multi-plate setup. We had FOUR people on the job who knew what they were doing (one of whom is a professional Toyota wrench) and Duane's setup has a lot more room to work than most. Still...

    Help choosing new air filter

I've actually seen this test repeated several times over the years by different groups, with very similar results. Otherwise I'd be questioning the bias as well!

so my baby is gone tommrow

Trading that car for $13k is a damn fine idea. So is buying Will's old car.

    Too much torque?

Duane has had a cage for years. It makes working under the driver's side dash a pain. Ask me how I know. Will Neely's old car, on the other hand... ~750 torque, no cage. :)

Can rod knock come and go?

And yes, the bearings are an extremely easy indicator. :) Very early stages of RK can come and go, but they will be easy to reproduce on demand - park the car in neutral, let it idle, then blip the throttle so that the RPMs bounce up to about 3k, you'll hear the knock as the RPMs peak and start...

    lc-1 wideband question??

Errr... the LC-1 *is* an innovative. I use one... I'm reasonably certain you can datalog with it - to a laptop, of course. I haven't done so, because it's connected to my MAFT Pro, and that datalogs it for me.

    Help with the tranny!!!

Yup, that will be something wrong with the hydraulics. Check that the slave is pushing on the fork by looking through the driver side inspection plate. Check that the slave is actually pushing when you depress the pedal.
