    queery about testing sensors etc

Gotcha. Sounds like you are on the right track! Remember to check the silly small stuff - like the EGR connection at the back of the intake manifold, and the power steering idle up line... I'm pretty sure you can check whether the ECU thinks you are warm or not with the heater control valve...

    queery about testing sensors etc

Each sensor is different... the engine temp sensor, you measure the value from the sensor at various temps to make sure it's still within range. Or if you are having problems when cold, for instance, measure the value when it's cold - if it's still in spec, chances are your problem is somewhere...

to run or not to run? Boss turbo

I think his problem is that the block is tapped for the new turbo lines and won't bolt up nicely to the CT-26 stock lines anymore...

    Help with the tranny!!!

Can't put it in gear how? The shifter moves, but the car doesn't? You can't move the shifter at all? Can you put it in gear with the engine off?

    Exhaust size?

On a turbo car, the best exhaust is none. That said, you'll see diminishing returns over 3 inch unless you're pushing big numbers - like over 600hp.

The only problem here is he has already reproduced...

What the hell? What 'other means' was he using that failed to put a hole through the wall, but lets a 22 round punch through with enough speed still intact to kill someone? Was he trying to stab the wall with cooked pasta? I can make a bigger hole in a wall with a flat bladed screwdriver.

    Yes, you're the only one.

    stock clutch power capabilities?

Even ignoring those bolts, I can only shave ~ 15 minutes off the time. Seriously, you have to drain the tranny, drop the exhaust, driveshaft, starter, clutch slave, and pull apart the dash and remove the gearshift on the inside. Then pull the tranny wing bolts, bellhousing bolts, crossmember...

cressida front end on a supra...

Just put a GTE in the Cressy body. Depending on the year it's lighter than a Supra, the GTE bolts right in, and it makes a KILLER sleeper.

to run or not to run? Boss turbo

I agree 100%. I didn't actually build it for just that reason. :)

LOL - sure it is, dude, sure. This I'd love to see. Unless your removal process includes thermite...

    Look At This!!!!!!

Cripes... that would make available fenders, targa, doors, and hatch. Probably drop at least 250 lbs off the car. Of course, that's still a pretty damn pricey cost per pound!

to run or not to run? Boss turbo

Yup, I almost built one of those once. Nice thing about that setup is you can put a 40psi spring in your wastegate, and use an EBC to regulate your boost anywhere from 0 - 40.

    Chicago's Dumbest Thief

Heh... I get the stupid criminal stories all the time from my cousin. These are all pretty old... but still... 1. The FBI office in Portland is above a bank. The FBI is ... computer challenged ... so every agent gets a printed check on payday. No direct deposit. So, virtually every agent...

    stock clutch power capabilities?

Do it yourself. It's less than 6 hours work with a buddy to remove and replace a clutch on a mk3.

to run or not to run? Boss turbo

I'd be surprised if you can get that turbo to run less than 12psi, and I suspect that you'll hit FC at 8-9 on a stock afm...

    Cruise Control troubleshooting

Loosen the locking nut, screw then in or out, and tighten the locking nut works for me. If you have to turn them more than a couple turns, I'd unplug them to prevent the wiring from getting too twisted.

    motor problems

If you have code 51, check your Throttle Position Sensor. Chances are, your ECU thinks your throttle is open, so it's not operating the Idle Speed Control correctly. Could be as easy as re-adjusting the TPS.
