The sensor you are referring to is called an AFM, or Air Flow Meter. The Supra doesn't use a MAF, or Mass Air Flow sensor. The only ways to remove this involve adding something else to measure the air going into your engine. MAFT, MAFT Pro, HKS VPC, standalone ECU, etc. It's a fairly simple...

Check the ECU ground on the lower back portion of the intake manifold.

They tell you different things. Use vf to tune low to mid range, where your ECU is still running in closed loop. Use your wideband to tune WOT.

Report it as fraud to your CC company, they'll deal with it.

ECU ground location is at the back bottom end of the intake manifold, check those. Also check the other ground locations - block to chassis, etc.

Cripes... another one of these threads. Essentially, no, it's not safe. You need to put it on a dyno and listen with a set of electric ears for knock in order to determine safe boost levels. Anyone telling you PSI levels that they consider 'safe' is guessing.
