    Wonderful!

Which side is it on? Expansion plus are a possible culprit (they do suck). Have you seen a crack in the block? I wouldn't beleive it till I saw it. Though massive coolant loss will lead to bhg....and worse.

    No Brakes!!!!

Working at a dealership I have also seen these things. A few weeks ago a car came in that had coolant in the washer fluid. Some people just can not and should not deal with cars.

    Damn deer...

sorry don't know any that far away. Salvage yard inventory changes daily. Just look them up in your yellow pages and call all of them. One here had none for over a year then got three in one week...It's just the luck of the draw to find em.

    USDM 7MGTE to JDM 7MGTE

Yes MHG takes lots of prep work. My rebuild took 3 months because I could only work on it for 1-2 hours a night and lots of time waiting for parts to come in or parts to come back from another shop. It sucked.. If you can't do it yourself it will not be cheap. However swaping a motor is...

    Damn deer...

The only place I have seen supra body parts is in junkyards, on forums, and eBay. If you ask Toyota they usualy tell you no or quote some outrageous price to make you leave.

    USDM 7MGTE to JDM 7MGTE

Eeeww.... that hose is a PITA to get to. Stock internals will hold that power but the stock Hg and head bolt torque won't. Leaky valve seals are normal on 100k+ cars. If you suspect BHG but don't show all the signs do a compression test to be sure.

    No Brakes!!!!

Yea when I changed my brake lines I used 3-4 bottles of dot 4 up just bleeding the system. It takes a few passes to get the system right but most cars are like that...unless you have a speed bleeder and can recover the fluid. But you want fresh fluid anyway. I would get new pads...never buy...

Whats wrong with the motor in the car now? BHG or something? It would be more cost effetive to build the motor you have rather than buy another motor and build that one. Yea apartments don't look to kindly on people doing basic mantinence on the lot I would love to see what they would say...

I have the AST's. They are not as good as the SPT's, but I have yet to loose traction in the rain(boost excluded). I will probably put the higher end kumhos on my Super Advans once they come back from paint, but 8&9 inch wide 17's are expensive as hell to wrap in rubber. I need more...

    USDM 7MGTE to JDM 7MGTE

I dont know about the gte but a friend of mine just swaped in a jdm 7mge from a cressida into his blown-up NA supra. the only differences he noted was no egr system and a different oil pan. I would never just drop a motor in without replacing all the seals gaskets and the oil pump. :nono:

    No Brakes!!!!

If everything is clean, your pads are new, and you bleed the system from right rear to left front and still have no brakes... You may have a bad line, check for brake fluid leaks. Have someone pump the brake while you inspect each line. If there is no leak you may have a dead Master...
