Nice. Good to hear your problem is now fixed! My o2 is here and it is going in tomorrow. Safc is badass I want one:naughty:
Edit: not fixed? What else could cause those symptoms?
Durring my rebuild I pressure washed all those spots out. You may well find other missing componets from your car...I sure did, 3 screws, 2 bolts of unknown origin, a lock washer, and lots of crud.:runaway:
I bought my MKIII because I wanted a MKIII. If I had wanted a MKIV I would have saved up and gotten one. But why save up 20-30 grand just to pay for a used and abused mk4 when you can just drop a 1/2jz in the mk3? The only other car I want right now is a Corrola sr5/gts as a DD.:eek3dance
You dont have to use body filler to put 89+ lights on the car.:naughty:
IMHO the only reason to do something of this nature is for car show purposes. Even then it is no longer an original idea as mk4 lights have been put on everything...and looks like crap on 95%:biglaugh:
Ahh... When I did one I found that some of the neddles stick on those rather thick overlays and that could be part of the problem. Another is how you wired them in...You didn't try to tap into the gauge power now did you?:nono:
If your gauge cluster connections are not perfect it will also...
I have one. It was better than my stock crumbbling mess, but way overpriced for what it is. If it had come with tbolt clamps instead of worm clamps and was a single bent pipe instead of a weld job I would be happier with it. 5 outa 10
^^^Agreed do it right and you won't have this problem again.
Also I replace my water pump, rad hoses, rad cap, and thermostat every year. It maybe a little over kill....but I'm paranoid that way.:crazy1:
Good! Dumping that much time and money into it only to give up is sad. If I had a dollar for everytime I thought about giving up on my car I could afford a 2009 GTR.:naughty: Just stick with it and you won't regret it...V8's suck anyway:sarcasm:
Yes the stock fan is better assuming you have a good fan clutch and the factory fan shroud. I will put mine back on as soon as I aquire a new shroud myself but e-fans work in a pinch. Do you still have your factory fan?
He is correct, the hazard switch is probably unpluged from when you...
