alright cool, yeah it's the r154, i'll through my brothers car on a lift and pull his drive shaft and measure it when im changing the fluides this week. i'l also cal the d/s shop and make sure im getting the correct measurement. thanks alot guys

try tape, and if water still gathers, you have a leak some where else..

the arrows point towrads number one, you should have marked all the rods 1-6 along with the pistons, or kept them in order. any ways, the piston pins are offset so if you put them in wrong you'll have some major problems.

i pulled the plugs on both side's i'd rather clean dirt out later then deal with rust.

a big vac leak that the idle speed control valve is tring to adjust for? pull a plugs 1-6 one at a time and start it each time and see if any thing changes. ( i know that probaly wont do jack but still it's a shot to try to get it to behaive differently, or revel more problmes)

yeah joe, your car i takin in water! well i pulled the plugs, drained it, and left them out. i think it's coming in through the tail lights, i'll order 2 new tail light gaskets from toyota in a day or so and pray that fixes the problem. if not, im just gona assum it helped fix the problem...

your talking about the tool bo area right? i checked the spare tire area and it's plug has already been pulled by privous owner..

mine made it about 2 months, and i went to the strip every weekend.. personaly if you plan to have the car for any amount of time, the best fix cost wise is to mhg/arp and have the head & block prepped, other wise, it's a head gasket every other year.. (for most people)
