^ I think that's pretty much the only way to test on too. Put it on and run medium boost, then let off abruptly (after the car is fully warmed up of course ;)). If you hear it, and you should, unless you're running open downpipe or something, then it's good to go. If not, take it off, take it...

In a stock form CT-26, anything above 13 psi is just jot air. Assuming that your 7M is running in tip top condition (heh), no more than 13 psi ;).

I doubt the only difference is food coloring ;)... I don't exactly know though, but i'd say the ingredients are different.
