well, if it went away, and then came back..then it is probably another vacuum leak that sprung up when you tightened the upper ic pipe... Keep spraying around with that carb cleaner...
Sounds like you have a vacuum leak! Check all gaskets that were replaced, as well as the ic hose clamps... Some big culprits are the TB->Intake Manifold gasket...the little section of hose that connects the "3000 Pipe" to the TB...
Did you take off the ISC? What about the EGR tube?? Did...

don't use any sealant on the cam seals! You could just take off the two front cam caps, place the seal where it goes, and then replace the cam caps... that's what i did, and it made it a whole lot easier... be sure to torque EVERYTHING to spec!!
