I was just driving a little while ago with the top off, and I boosted, everything was fine... Then I boosted again, and it seemed to boost fine, but when I let off the gas this time, there was like a hollow, air escape sound, and it seems to do it everytime I boost now... what could this be? I...

wait...you DON'T need to touch the timing belt! You just use a light, and adjst the CPS, until the light flashes on every revolution at the 10 degree mark (well TSRM says over 12, but mine is at 10*). Setting the timing is not difficult.

At every connection there is an O-ring that could possibly leak, right? If my evaporator were leaking refrigerant, wouldn't i get a slightly strange smell inside the car (refrigerant)?

how are all of the engine grounds? Make sure they are tight and attached properly, etc...

check your vacuum lines to the fuel pressure vsv... are you losing any coolant?

ECU temp. sensor, possible boost leak maybe? Jeez...i have no idea, hopefully someone else will chime in that can help...

I refilled my A/C with refrigerant, and it worked fantastically for about two days...on the third day, it wasn't blowing so cold anymore, then another day or two after that, the compressor wouldn't kick on at all anymore... I put more refrigerant in, and it worked fine again...so i have a leak...

hmm... lol... you have to set the timing to +10 degrees BTDC (before top dead center) it's really easy, you need a timing light, and you have to jumper two pins on the diag block, (not sure which ones), and you slowly turn the CPS while it's idling, until the light flashes on the "10" mark by...

did you set the timing to +10 BTDC?

I recall Aaron saying that they could be rebuilt, and it wasn;t too horribly expensive... Could his one wheel spin issue be caused by starting to peel out while turning slightly also??

Hmm, sounds like a cold start issue (like one of the ones listed above) and worn valve seals...
