i've never seen a knock-off duct w/the mounting studs on the back. the inten w/the cheapo duct is that it will be fiberglassed in.
myself, i prefer the real thing.
1. looks like the oil filter mount threads are cracked, no real fix for that.
2. find a used one.
3. not a pipe, that's a torque strut (damper) found on the early (<'88) 7M.
what each "kit" comes with is totally dependant on the manufacturer- RPS includes nothing, SPEC includes everything, etc. don't forget to replace the snap rings on the TO bearing....
how is that going to help him? it's not.
if both AFMs act dead, you obviously have some wiring problems. clear codes and try again w/the "new" AFM and if the problem continues, triple check you have fuel + spark and check codes again.....then report back.
while SPEC can claim whatever they like, the fact remains that pedal pressure is THE SAME as a new stock PP. this indicates no increase in clamping force (ignore the crap about "moving the fulcrum point" as it's just that, crap). here's the only info i have on PPs...
