heh. if you don't know what you're doing, DON'T DO IT. you can easliy fry your engine with ANY "tuning" device. if you don't understand how they work and how tuning works, it's best left to a pro. most shops will let you watch them work, which is a fine oppurtunity to learn. just search here...

thanks! innovative's stuff works pretty well and fullthrottlespeed sells them too... not in AU directly, but i'll ship to AU. ;) i don't know that there's specifically an advantage to adding it now, other than being able to easily run wires, etc. no problems installing it and running...

werd, the user SW upgrade is a GREAT feature. looks like we have a bit more to go on the timing monitor, a few bugs to work out.

that's correct. i've gotten VERY busy lately. hopefully i can take a look @ it this aft....

i will definately do that....haven't posted anything yet because nothing is finalized....

timing control ETA is unknown....timing monitor will be tested this afternoon. crank angle sensor isn't the same thing as the 7M's CPS. they perform the same function, but the CPS has 3 sensors in it vs. 1 crank angle sensor....

torquefreaks is a good shop....any good shop should be able to install/tune the pro...

the ISC is only really active during idle....so there's no real tuning issues associated w/intake air temp.

yup, that's why they used to do aux. inj. all the time....w/modern engine management it isn't so much of a prob. yup, the timing monitor will be finished up this week. =)

good to hear.... personally, i've never been a fan of aux. inj. but you are totally correct- it's an easy way to get around that whole timing mess....
