You must run a vacuum on the crankcase! If you don't, you'll have:
-Poor turbo performance. Most likely a leaky, smokey turbo that doesn't live long.
-Blow by on the piston rings
-Poor sealing or blown fron and rear main seals
If you're TB doens't have a vacuum port with a one way...
A turbo does provide enough back pressure for the engine & cams. Hence the "bigger is better" post turbo.

Not only my experience, but a host of other turbo gurus as well. Take a look at Corky Bell's work some time. He will tell you the same thing when it comes...
True. As stated though, it is "oval track racing" and according to the poster that stated it, "Oval track racing is mindless, boring, and a monkey could do it."
