    After market Turbo adjustment....

Turn it all the way down (to the -). If you want to increase boost turn it up a little and go for a drive to see what psi it reaches. Keep adjusting it a little at a time until you reach the boost level you are after but be careful. More boost causes more issues and like 7M4EVR said, if you can...

    Looking at transmissions

If it sells for less then $300 it is a W58 and if I'm wrong, sell it and buy two W58's lol Here is the thread http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?127003-how-to-tell-between-a-w58-and-r154

    Mk3 swap

I loved that car. Well worth the asking price IMO. Especially for a swap that seems to be well maintained and has decent upgrades. It would cost you more to piece together your own swap and you wouldn't know the condition of the motor.

    Mk3 swap

Very vague question. Like, just the motor? Or the full swap? Motor will be somewhere around $2k-$2,500. Full swap, hard to say without knowing what you are capable of (welding, wiring?) And how you want to build it. Example: W58 transmission=under $500, R154=$700-1000 and 6 speed TT...

    2jzgte cast manifolds

Cant blame you for choosing a cast manifold but I would go with this one instead: http://www.treadstoneperformance.com/product.phtml?p=325&cat_key=52&prodname=Supra+2JZGTE+Turbo+Manifold Issue being, there isn't a downpipe out there that will work will any of these so you'll have to have one...

    older vs newer gte blocks

Personally, I wouldn't build a turbo engine without the oil squirters. The guys that do are running seriously high hp and probably aren't afraid to tear the engine down a couple times a season. Keeping the pistons cool helps reduce hot spots that cause detonation. Either that or have the pistons...
