This should help clear it up. That threaded hex nut on the bottom are installed into the head the bracket gets bolted to it with the spacer to hold it in place.

Personally I plan to stick with lowering springs and shocks. Coilovers seem a bit aggressive and I'd rather have a comfortable street car. Plus less aggressive coilovers (like tein flex or megan street) don't offer much improvement over lowering springs but they are height adjustable.

No way an OEM clutch disk is going to hold your power goals even with the extra clamping force of the spec pressure plate.
Actually, you are going to be close to the limit of the stage 2+ clutch. I say deal with the chatter and hope the 2+ holds or look for a twin disk.

If you are getting a harness from Dr.Tweak you don't need a core harness but it will cost you an extra $300. Or you can buy a used harness for around $300..

There are two different connectors for these coils. Only way to tell the difference is by looking at the pins inside the plug.
The pins will be closer together on one and slightly further apart on the other. At least, that is what they are like on my F150
