    The best thing you can do is this. The 12v mod doesn't make anything better. It is a way to tune around the switch on cars with extensive mods. Removing the switch will only make the pump wear out faster if you are not trying to tune around it. Said another way, there isn't a list of things...

    EGR will cause a bad idle or stalling if the valve is stuck open. You wouldn't notice it as much as you load the engine.

    Is the distributor O-ring same as CPS O-ring?

    The CPS on a 7MGTE is a 7MGE distributor with out the secondary ignition part. Cap with rotor and wires. The rest is the same.

    Seems unnecessarily large for your power goal, but it will get you there no problem.

    Add up to what? JJ's mod isn't a mod, it is more of repair. The 12v mod is for tuning around the two speed pump on high hp applications.

    That is about 370 hp, as hp is calculated and not measured. Close to 300 if measured at the wheels. Not stock. And I read the thread since it came back with a new pass. Where you trying to fool people for a reason?

    Yes, a GE clutch will fit. However, it wasn't designed for the GTE. You are going backwards.

    The parts I have gotten and priced are cheaper than Champion. And I think their website is better. I don't have to ask Jeff Lange anymore excpet as a last resort.
