    Remove the shims and install an electronic boost controller of some sort, and set it to 14 psi until you find the boost leak you don't have.

    Copper transfers heate better than aluminum. Maybe you could get these guys to build you a radiator.

    You don't have an A/C problem. But this is the problem. Do you know how A/C works, in general? Heat is taken from your cabin, and dumped in front of the radiator. And your set up, however you have it, is not good enough for the heat. For the record, this never happens on a car with the stock...

    K&N has cold air intakes. But the 7M engine is not one of them. Most of the newer ones called Gen II are cold air style.

    And don't tighten the bolt until everything is lined up and started. This principle applies to many things in automotive.

    The radiator cap is the highest point of the cooling system before jacking up the front end.
