The only things wrong with SRT-4's is: - Usually owned by dumb kids that run around with open downpipes (or around here a 4" side dump) - It's FWD - It's still a neon Outside of that, it's cheap, fast, reliable (for how cheap it is), and is useful in actually carrying people and things LOL.

Probably off of another car or whatever. It's obviously bilsteins with the sleeves on them, but the perches look to be HKS. Looks like a lot of different parts put together (which isn't really a bad thing if it works).

No, that's bolts, and they generally DON'T need a retorque.

With studs and the washers, yeah, it's hell if they don't go straight in as once the head is on with the studs sticking up you can't drop the washers on. Sounds like you had the same issue 92NSX had with the nuts, he shaved them down in a lathe to get them to clear.
