the only two wires that should be comin off the (+) terminal (from the factory) are for the starter, and to the fuse box which provides power to the entire car

a JDM engine doesn't have an EGR system because the laws are not as strict emission wise over there. I am sure as hell not putting an EGR system on my JDM engine, I like it clean like :)

My JDM engine came with an authentic JDM spider. He was cool until he got lost somewhere in the engine.......... I'll post pics when I get home in a few hours.

vacuum is normal when your engine is not under load. (That's the correct terminology, right?) as for the 6 PSI on the auto tranny, I thought that was due to somthing in regards to the mechanics of the tranny, not the WG spring?

Its true, they dont'. I can't imagine someone putting an EGR ON, but its possiable. Another difference is that the JDM TB has one vacuum nipple on top, and the USDM ones have 2 or 3

How hot would the intake manifolds get? I'm getting all my stuff powdercoated and the powdercoat will hold 400 degrees. would the manifold/s get that hot ever?

hmm... i thought powdercoating could only handle upto a certain degree of heat... far lower than what the exhaust manifold handles

the big one looks like the speedo line of a 5 spd to me maybe the little one goes in the big one?

Has anyone ever powder coated their intake manifolds? I was thinking to do mine kinda silvery simply because all my other powdercoated stuff is VERY easy to clean and it would be nice to have myintake manifolds like that... and it'd look kinda nice :)
