I'm not listening to you because the "advice" you're giving for a high HP motor is a recipe for blowing up that motor...it's just not credible.
Anyone that does listen to you (at least on this subject) will only have themself to blame if the motor goes lean under boost and melts a piston. Of...

Dealer only...no aftermarket harness available iirc.
You'll have to buy a used one otherwise...just make sure it's in better shape than the one you have ;)
^^^ Might want to take a look at who you're telling to do "some research" MrSupra

Sorry dude, but your credibility doesn't hold a candle to our friend down under...not even close.

If you want help, you gotta help yourself...CHECK YOUR FRIGGING CODES!
You're spinning your wheels here man...you've had a couple pretty darn knowledgeable guys try to help you...
The Q45 ID is 80mm...that's 3.15". A throttle body is more restrictive compared to the same size pipe diameter due to the throttle plate. You want the TB a 1/2" or so larger in diameter than your piping.
SS5 is correct...you choose piping diameter to suit the flow of the specific turbo...
NP...I've taken dozens of these apart...the motors only go on one way, so it's easy. There is a hard rubber washer around the base where the stepper motor fits. Be careful you don't tear it.
To clean the ISCV properly, you have to remove the stepper motor...3 philips head screws...from the aluminum base. You'll be surprised how much carbon is inside ;)
Same idea though, use carb cleaner to remove the carbon.
I just noticed you have a NA motor...you don't have the check valve under the ISCV ;)
Your ISCV could still be bad...here's the test:

You could also have carbon build-up in the valve seat too.
No...the check valve looks like a little mag wheel. It is under where the ISCV bolts to the manifold.
Are you talking about this?

If so, The dashpot VTV is not suppose to be connected to anything on the end...
A used LSD could be in the same shape as yours.
If you decide to re-build, let a shop with experience do so...Jaws Gear does re-bulds, but shipping would be expensive.
