It's very unlikely to be your ECU Jordan. How do you know your power and grounds are good? "Seem" doesn't cut it with electricity or anything else you can't see. You have to measure or substitute to know for sure.
I don't think the FPU is involved even though your problem could be caused by a touch of vapor. Check the resting fuel pressure, codes, and the idle speed control valve. Verify all vacuum hoses are correct and there's no pirate air.
