Well, what does the manual say pressure should be when testing the FPR at atm? Have you ever measured it on your car?

^ That. You said earlier there was a problem only when moving the wires or tapping on the connector. If the engine is making spark and injection the CPS is good. If you plug that new one in and spin it by hand with the key on that's exactly what should happen.
