    More 1jz stuff

Stock 1JZ HG is metal. 3 or 4 layer MLS to be exact. It will handle lots of power. I've seen people well above 500whp, and having no problems.

Sharing time ..My new ign setup (pics)

So, you're saying the connectors are identical to Toyota's. I could theoretically replace all of the coils on m 2JZ with a set of these? Aside from the mounting requirements, they woult fit fine? hmmm.......

Advice wanted on a daily driver

Haha, "H of lameness" I'm remembering that. If you do get a honda, there are a few MANDATORY mods you need to do to it. First, it needs rims, 18x6. Second, LED wiper squirters. Third, a HUGE muffler on the stock piping. Sorry, you have to do it to every honda. It's the rule.

    hot wheels

I picked up a TON of track at a garage sale when I was a kid. I would spend hours making huge tracks all around my basement. I always used to make jumps out of it on my driveway, and jump cars into a bucket. Then my dad threw it all away :(

2JZGE for 450 > you guys think its a good idea getting it?

He wasn't sure. He got it that way. They basically put the 7M AFM on it, and used all of the 7M sensors. To fit a 2JZ in your car, you need a 2JZ W58 bellhousing (or a 1JZ R154 bellhousing depending on which transmission you have). If you don't get one out of a Supra, you'll need a JZ...

How do you paint the moldings and interior

yeah, but only the parts that I did one heavy coat. If I put several light coats, it worked a lot better. It would probably be easier in a Supra to just put some new fabric in there, as the panels come appart.

    dynoed today......

I'm sure it's a problem with your boost source. Try running it straight from the manifold, no Tee. If that doesn't fix it, try tapping the compressor housing, and running it off of that.

Guys w/o cam gear covers how audible are your gears/belt?

I ran without a cam gear cover for a year. No audible noises came from them.
