well, to be honest, yes os valves are worth it if youve done headwork. ask any v8 engine builder and they will tell you the power is in the head. the better the head cna flow the more power the engine will make and that holds true for all internal combustion engines. they are all air pumps, and...
actually, the hpf manifold is diff. the turbo is angled diff and the flange isnt a split flange, its a std t4 flange. they pay a separate company to mfg them. supposedly they are a higher grade 321ss but i dont know, but the design is diff. look at the pics of their kit and look how the turbo is...
is that crank in the pic good? as in the keyway is straight and the journals are all at std? if so, will you sell it? i need a fully weighted crank for my buildup.

dont know. guy didnt say, just advertised it for wat it was, a garrett gt4082. it was recently rebuilt too. has a part number written on the comp wheel in magic marker when the housing is taken off. and absolutely no play at all.

i got my gt4082 used. it was on a big diesl truck before i got it. has a 0.94 a/r turbine. im buying a 0.68 a/r turbine for it and expect spool similar if not faster then my upgraded ct26, though when i use this turbo it will be on the new engine with tons of headwork, cams, etc... so will flow...
well, i guess they redesigned the wg dump too. cause my wg sits so close to the block there is no way a pipe would fit. but in my mkii i should have room to run a 2in pipe with 90deg bend the way it is in the pic. it should clear the rail just fine. though mines going in an mkii. i havent bolted...
i have one of the 50mm knockoff wastegates. seems fine except mine was missing the plate that goes on top of the spring so the boost can be adjusted. i just made one. i havent used it yet so cant say for sure how itll hold up. only thing i can see going wrong is if they cheaped out on the...
damn!!! stock lift is ~6.7mm, the old hks cams were ~8.1mm lift. i planeed on some 264deg cams at 8.5mm lift myself, but im a cheap poor bastard and am going to get regrinds. lol. cant wait to see what that monster puts down.

use a 4 wire relay like they sell for the fog lights, they can handle 30 amps. they are ~$4. make sure you have a fuse on the power wire before the relay, and use a radiator fan switch from an 86 toyota celica. it should fit in the empty spot on the thermostate housing thats plugged with the...
if youve got the fuel, go for it. though like i said, you might not be able to find a smaller turbine housing for that wheel. and if you upgrade to a 67mm inducer on the comp side, you might want to leave that 70 in place.
well, your spring might be the prob. my 50mm gate has a 9psi spring and that bitch is stiff. 15 might just be too much for that spring to allow. might want to try that but id also look for a smaller turbine for it. though it being a freak turbo that might be kinda hard.
and yeah, 58mm is...
it apears to be a large t04b with prolly a q trim turbine, that thing is big. since its so big, it lets more exhaust past the blades, like when they clip a ct26. chances are its an oem turbo of somesort and you may never find any info on it since it doesnt have an obvious brand name on it like...
most likely, thats a very large turbine wheel. if he went with a smaller turbine housing it would solve his prob, but because i dont have a crapload of posts what i say doesnt matter or make sense.
funny, i clicked on there catalog link, and it said this site has been permanetly closed. thats it. nothing else. oh well. weiscos it is then. i got a set of 0.020 over already, but will prolly sell them and get some 0.040 over in a diff compression.
